Terms
DELIVERY: Generally, photography delivery is two business days after the on-site appointment. Some products such as video production or virtual tour production may have a longer delivery time. Please notify us if you need a rush delivery.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a $50 non-refundable fee. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot. Cancellations within the hour or at the photo shoot will incur a $75 non-refundable fee.
WEATHER: There is no cancellation fee if the shoot must be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
AS IS: The property must be cleaned and staged prior to the shoot. Milepost 430 Media, LLC does not provide cleaning or staging services. The property will be shot "as is". Any post production requests for item removal will incur additional charges.
AERIAL OPERATIONS: Drone operations are executed at the sole discretion of the sUAS pilot in command based upon their safety assessment.
COPYRIGHT & LICENSING: The Client is granted an exclusive royalty-free license in perpetuity to reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works of, and publicly perform the images of the shoot in connection with the real estate or short-term rental industry, including without limitation such uses of the images in connection with advertising real property and to authorize and sublicense such rights to third parties at Client's discretion.
Milepost 430 Media, LLC retains title and ownership of the Images. This license does not grant or constitute a transfer of ownership for any intellectual property rights, which are all explicitly held by Milepost 430 Media, LLC.
You will be able to print this copyright license when your images are delivered.
FLOOR PLANS: Floor plans are for illustrative purposes only and should only be used as such by any prospective purchaser. Measurements of doors, windows, rooms, and any other item are approximate, and no responsibility is taken for any error, omission, or misstatement.
